I always thought coriander was only used for garnishing & used in chutneys. I had never thought that one could use coriander as a main ingredient until I saw Rekha's Coriander Rice. The dish looked so yummy that I was tempted to try it instantly & I made Coriander Pulao for lunch. It turned out to be super delicious. My mother loved it too. The amazing aroma of coriander pierces your nose making you crave for it
